Chessie Rahmer, Hannah Bergey and Jessie Offner celebrated their mutual birthday by throwing a ‘Sweet 16’ party together for all of their friends to attend.  The girls sent their invitations out notifying the guests that any gifts collected would be donated on behalf of the celebration.  Thanks to the parents and friends of all the attendees who contributed, the donation of $1500.00 is being sent to a non-profit organization called ‘Peaceful Living’  in the Harleysville, Pennsylvania area.   Thanks to everyone who contributed and to our ‘Sweet 16’ girls for the idea of helping others.

Chad and Jenn Clemens are pleased to announce that in 2012 it will be business as usual for their CJB Motorsports #51 team with driver Fred Rahmer.
The team consisting of Crew Chief Barry Jackson and crew members, Greg Walsh, Freddie Rahmer, and Brandon Rahmer will remain intact.
The 2011 season was rolling along quite well with a Keystone Cup and PA Speedweek Championships already in hand by July.  However, an unfortunate accident and injury in the heart of the season and right before the month of money really set the team back while Fred recovered from his injuries.  The team continued to persevere and move forward, building more team chemistry which will lead to good things in the future.  With a season under their belts now and the challenge of developing a new driver-crew chief relationship, as well as, new chassis and motor combinations, Chad, Fred, and Barry feel all the pieces are in place to be really successful in 2012.
The CJB Motorsports team will build upon its stable of potent Kistler Engines and brand new GF1 Chassis by Ti22 Performance are currently being built.
CJB Motorsports would like to thank all of the following companies for their support and great products.  VRP Shocks, Winters Performance Products, ARTS Radiator, ATL Fuel Cells, FK Rod Ends, Fastener Specialties, Schoenfeld Headers, MPD Wheels, GME Steering, Brown & Miller, Top Flight Wings, Engler Machine & Tool, Ben Cook Race Products, and Kaeding Performance.
CJB Motorsports would also like to thank our sponsors for their hard work and support.  C & S Lawn and Landscape, Bair's Tree Service, Tru Line Contractors, ARAN Trading, Specialty Rigging, Trevdan Building Supply, Henry Dunn Insurance Agency, Real Estate Excel, and Panchos Racing Products.
The team will begin the 2012 season in Florida with the All-Star's and The World of Outlaws, then follow the Outlaw tour west through the early part of the season until the PA season gets under way.  From that point we will look to run as many time trial races as possible whether it be Outlaw, All Star, or PA races, and will not pursue any weekly points chases which involve handicapping.

The 2004 JHR race car is being restored.  The car will be displayed at
various events with an aluminum show board that depicts the teams
accomplishments for that year.  18"x24" posters will be available for
sale at the tracks for $10.00 and will be sold by Deb Rahmer.  The
poster cost is being donated to the expenses of restoring the car.

Letter of Introduction of Reid’s Tannery to the Racing Community:

As you may know, I began working in the Human Resources Department of Haines & Kibblehouse, Inc. (H&K) earlier this year. Through a wonderful twist of fate, I was approached by company ownership shortly thereafter and asked to discuss my promotional and marketing background within the racing industry. I soon learned that the company’s own promotional products affiliate, “Reid’s Tannery,” was transitioning through both management and location changes and opportunities might ensue. You can imagine my excitement when I was presented with the opportunity to manage H&K’s promotional products company in May.

If you’re not familiar with H&K, this privately held corporation maintains the distinction of being one of the Mid-Atlantic Region’s largest, most respected and diversified site contracting and construction materials companies. With over 42 years of business excellence in the region, H&K and The H&K Group Family of Companies (as the affiliate companies are known) bring a long history of trust, respect and integrity to the site contracting and construction industry.

Established to promote and market his growing business, John B. Haines IV personally opened Reid’s Tannery Promotional Products on his property in Pennsburg, PA in 1996. Since this time, the business has grown both in support of H&K’s own businesses and “outside” customers alike. Having started in a historic “tannery” on Mr. Haines’ property (thus the name), the business soon expanded and moved to the company’s Reading, PA affiliate location and has since moved to our present location at the corporation’s Skippack, PA corporate campus.

At Reid’s Tannery Promotional Products, I couple over 25 years of office and data management experience in the insurance industry together with management and promotion of my husband, ‘Fast Freddie’ Rahmer’s illustrious racing career, to bring a new ‘spin’ to H&K’s promotional products business. Because of my deep connection to the racing community and my many years of promoting my husband’s racing business, I have been charged with branching out Reid’s Tannery into the regional racing market. It is this connection to racing, racing promotions, and the wonderful people of the regional racing community that now brings this Letter of Introduction to you.

I have the good fortune of being integrated with The H&K Group’s Public Relations (PR)/Marketing and Vinyl Graphics departments, so I have ready access to the company’s in-house design, marketing and PR staff. Together, we form a creative team that will breathe new life into any marketing, promotions or advertising program.

I want to thank Brian Leppo, Keith Kauffman, Chad Layton, Greg Hodnett, Cory Haas, Logan Schuchart, VRP Shocks and many others for their support of my endeavors. I look forward to working with you and talking about future opportunities.

Please feel free to contact me via email drahmer@reidstannery.com or call 610-929-4403

Kind Regards,

The amount that we have raised for the ACS in memory of Dylan Bowers  to date which is
$705.00 due to the fans contributions, sale of signed top wings and Fred Rahmer koozies.

A Boy's life ends, a mission lives on.

10 year old, Dylan Bowers lost his life to cancer at the age of 10. Dylan was planning fund-raisers to battle the disease just days prior to his passing.

Dylan Shane Bowers, born February 14, 1993 was an honor student in the fifth grade at Lower Salford Elementary School. He loved school and enjoyed reading Harry Potter. Dylan's dream was to help find a cure for cancer. Dylan and his family were involved in 'Relay for Life' walks to raise money for the cure. Since his untimely death in 2003, Dylan's father has been actively involved in continuing with his efforts. Each year an event is held to raise money for the cure.

Dylan's brother, Dalton attends the same middle school as the Rahmer Triplets. We are joining Dylan's family in raising money for the American Cancer Society in memory of Dylan. The Rahmer family is reaching out to the racing community for their support in coordinating donations.

Please support Dylan's dream to help find a cure for cancer. Every donation makes a difference in the right direction for a cure. All funds from the sale of Fred Rahmer posters and koozies are being donated to ACS in memory of Dylan.  There will also be other items for sale in this effort.
